FinSuiteSA Enterprise

Terms and conditions

Effective 25 August 2026

These terms apply to the use of FinSuiteSA Enterprise. They are specific to this product; the other FinSuiteSA products publish their own terms.

1.Use of Enterprise

Enterprise is licensed to your business for recording your own trading activity. You are responsible for the accuracy of transactions your staff capture and for keeping user accounts confidential.

2.Financial records

Enterprise records the transactions entered into it. It is an operational record-keeping tool and does not replace professional accounting, auditing or tax advice.

3.Access and permissions

You control which users may access which shops and functions. You agree to remove access promptly when a staff member leaves your business.

4.Availability

We aim to keep Enterprise available during trading hours, and may schedule maintenance or updates. Where reasonably possible, disruptive work is communicated in advance.

5.Your responsibilities

You agree to use the product lawfully, to keep account credentials secure, and not to attempt to interfere with the service or access data belonging to another business.

6.Your data

The records you capture in FinSuiteSA Enterprise remain yours. Handling of personal information is described in the FinSuiteSA Enterprise privacy policy.

7.Limitation of liability

The product is provided to support your operations. To the extent permitted by law, FinSuiteSA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from business decisions taken on the basis of records captured in the product.

8.Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product develops. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
