Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the use of FinSuiteSA Online Shop. They are specific to this product; the other FinSuiteSA products publish their own terms.
1.Orders
An order placed through Online Shop is an order to the shop selected at checkout. Acceptance, availability, pricing and fulfilment are the responsibility of that shop.
2.Customer accounts
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the contact and delivery details they provide, and for keeping their account credentials confidential.
3.Deliveries
Where an order is delivered by a driver, delivery times are estimates. Someone must be available to receive the order at the address supplied.
4.Product information
Product details and availability are supplied by the shop. Where an item cannot be supplied, the shop will contact the customer to adjust or cancel the order.
5.Your responsibilities
You agree to use the product lawfully, to keep account credentials secure, and not to attempt to interfere with the service or access data belonging to another business.
6.Your data
The records you capture in FinSuiteSA Online Shop remain yours. Handling of personal information is described in the FinSuiteSA Online Shop privacy policy.
7.Limitation of liability
The product is provided to support your operations. To the extent permitted by law, FinSuiteSA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from business decisions taken on the basis of records captured in the product.
8.Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product develops. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
9.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
